Kasr El Helou Hallab, commonly referred to as Hallab, is one of the most famous and historic pastry and sweets makers in Lebanon. It was founded in 1881 in the city of Tripoli, Lebanon, making it over a century old. The brand started as a small family-run bakery specializing in authentic Lebanese and oriental sweets, such as baklava, kunafa, maamoul, and halawet el jeben.
