Conducting onsite maintenance visits and
inspections and remote service assistance

Implementing solutions following a
predefined scope of work and timeline

Providing field service and customer support
to include equipment assembly, installation, troubleshooting, diagnosing,
evaluating, repairing, testing and removal of all low to mid-level hardware and
software products; OPP, DIMS and IT solutions

Assisting the pre-sales & sales teams
during the project design phase

Checking the efficiency of the services and
machines systematically and regularly

Providing basic user functionality training to
clients

Securing materials properly in vehicle to
limit damage to products when transporting for repair projects

Loading and unloading material for repair
projects

Dealing directly with clients to ensure mutual
understanding of problem/repair combination

Submitting collected payments to accounting
department immediately during the same day (when required)

Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of the site

Adding daily client visits on
