The Packaging Operator is responsible for operating specific machines in the packaging department and resolving basic issues that may arise during operation, which could negatively impact on the quality or quantity of production. The operator is also responsible for applying safety and quality standards and maintaining workplace cleanliness according to CILT standards.

Perform technical interventions and preventive
maintenance on production equipment.

Perform the necessary preparations to operate the
machine.
·
Operate the machine according to work instructions.
·
Assist in improving the machine’s work instructions.
·
Contribute to maintenance tasks as per work
instructions.
·
Carry out basic repairs on the machine.
·
Conduct regular inspections of the machine’s operation and cleanliness.
·
Coordinate issues and proposed solutions with the
shift team leader or packaging manager.
·
Place tags to report problems or improvement
opportunities and work on resolving them.
·
Participate in TPM teams (track goals, update team
board, follow up on action plans, OPL, tag schedule, etc.).
· Fill out breakdown, quality, and data collection sheets, and find appropriate solutions using problem-solving tools.
Able to work 3 rotation shifts.

BT level in mechanics or electricity.
·
Ability to read and write in Arabic and basic
knowledge of English.
·
Dynamic, team player, and flexible with night shifts.
·
Proactive, team-oriented, and adaptable to rotating or
night shifts.
