As a Shift Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of production equipment by performing technical interventions, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting. You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and uphold safety, quality, and cleanliness standards in line with CILT guidelines. Generate work orders for Preventive Maintenance, Tags, repairs, inspections, adjustments, Breakdowns and projects related to Utilities sections.
BT or TS degrees in Mechanics, Electromechanics, or Electricity.
Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
Proven experience in welding (arc, MIG, or TIG is a plus).
Ability to read and write in Arabic, with basic English proficiency.
Proactive, team-oriented, and adaptable to rotating or night shifts.
Perform technical interventions and preventive maintenance on production equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues during shifts.
Support production teams by ensuring equipment reliability and availability.
Carry out welding tasks for equipment repair and fabrication when needed.
Document maintenance activities and update technical logs.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to improve equipment performance.
Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Apply and uphold safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Contribute to TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) initiatives and team meetings.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
