Job Summary Monitor and operate hospital systems through the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure safe and efficient functioning of all equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and control systems including generators, UPS, chillers, HVAC, boilers, medical gases, LPG, lifts, and water systems.
Identify and troubleshoot system faults; report and escalate issues as needed.
Perform daily inspections and record operational data.
Monitor consumable levels (fuel, gas, etc.) and report replenishment needs.
Handle maintenance requests and generate work orders.
Prepare basic reports related to BMS operations.

T.S. in Electro-Mechanics or B.T. in a related field (1+ year experience)
