Job Description

  • Welcome guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process
  • - Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
  • - Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
  • - Handle guest requests and respond promptly to inquiries
  • - Address guest complaints professionally and find appropriate solutions
  • - Answer phone calls, emails, and online booking requests
  • - Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness
  • - Process payments, billing, and maintain accurate records
  • - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • - Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
  • Requirements

  • - Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position within the hospitality or customer service sector
  • - French language is required (spoken and written)

  • Qualifications & Skills

  • - Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
  • - Good command of French (spoken and written)
  • - Basic knowledge of English is an advantage
  • - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • - Customer-focused with a professional attitude
  • - Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • - Basic computer skills (PMS systems are a plus)
  • - Well-presented and reliable
