Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, and teas
Operate and maintain coffee machines and bar equipment properly
Ensure high-quality presentation and consistency of all beverages
Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
Take and process orders accurately and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee bar area at all times
Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management
Follow hotel standards and recipes for beverage preparation
Handle cash and POS transactions when required
Work closely with the food & beverage team to ensure smooth service

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a barista or in a similar role in hospitality

- French language is required (spoken and written)

- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Professional appearance and positive attitude

- Team player with good attention to detail
