Job Description

• Ensure comprehensive patient care ,including preventive, curative and palliative care.
• Monitor patients clinical conditions .
• Administer medications in accordance with medical prescription and established protocols.
• Participate in the development ,implementation and evaluation of individualized care plans .
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of care in patient records.
• Apply hygiene ,safety ,infection control and quality of care protocols at all times.
• Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide compassionate support and guidance to patients and their families .
• Perform prescribed nursing interventions within the scope of professional practice. 

Requirements

Recognized nursing degree
