. Welcome guests warmly, present menus, and explain daily specials or recommendations. . Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar teams. . Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation and quality standards are met. . Check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and respond quickly to requests. . Handle billing, payments, and POS transactions accurately. . Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas. . Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times. . Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure efficient service flow. . Upsell menu items, beverages, and promotions to support revenue targets. . Assist with opening and closing duties, including table setup and side work.
. Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or hotel service role is preferred. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. . Customer-focused attitude with a professional appearance and positive energy. . Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. . Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling. .
