Job Description

Job Scope: The Stock Keeper is responsible to handle the distribution and reception of the merchandise from and to the Distribution Center Warehouse. 

Key Activities and responsibilities: 

  • Handle the receiving, labeling and alarm tagging of the kids' wear department. 
  • Coordinate with the buyers and the BOU the allocation and the distribution of the kids' wear items. 
  • Confirm the PO receipt similar to the physical goods in hand (local & imported). 
  • Update all transactions on MMS system and ensure data accuracy. 
  • Handle the inventory, receiving and distribution of all the shopping bags (ABC Bags, Brand bags and seasonal bags).
  • Order and replenish from the procurement department all the store use needs (Dbayeh store)/shopping bags. 
  • Handles all the store use of Dbayeh store in terms of storage, inventory, distribution.
  • Handle all the inventory, distribution and storage of Verdun mall packing materials. 
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned. 


Requirements

Qualification & Requirements: 

  • Education: High School Diploma
  • Experience: 1 year of relevant experience
  • Address: Preferably living within the region 
  • Age: 26 - 40 years old 
  • Eligible to be enrolled under NSSF
