Job Description

The plumber is responsible for the installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of plumbing activities.  The role includes preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting faults, responding to emergencies, and ensuring compliance with technical standards and safety procedures. 

Requirements

Technical :

• Conduct daily inspections and surveys of sewage systems, pumps, plumbing installations and related equipment
• Identify system non-compliances and promptly report findings to the direct manager, along with recommendations for corrective actions, when required
• Maintain and service domestic hot and cold-water systems, including calorifiers and heat exchangers
• Perform troubleshooting and corrective maintenance based on work requests received from the Control Room and assigned by the direct manager
• Install, repair, and maintain sanitary, sewage and water piping systems including all related plumbing systems and fixtures
• Maintain and service firefighting and fire pressurization systems as required
• Respond promptly to plumbing, sewage and fire-related emergencies
• Follow and implement technical policies, procedures, and safety regulations
• Perform plumbing installations during any type of projects and renovation activities
• Coordinate with the subcontracted service providers and supervise execution to ensure compliance with the required standards and guidelines
• Perform preventive maintenance on all mechanical and plumbing equipment to ensure optimal functionality and reliability  

Stakeholders Relationship

• Maintain strong coordination with the Operations team to ensure effective collaboration and successful outcomes.
• Work closely with technical team members to ensure alignment in activities and resolve issues efficiently  

Others

• Ensure compliance with the authority matrix, code of conduct and HR policies • Stay up to date with the latest development and best practices in the plumbing field  
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned and based on business need in alignment with the Direct Manager
